Halloween is quickly approaching – have you started decorating yet? If not, I came across a cute and crafty cheesecloth ghost that you can make to decorate your fireplace mantel or tabletop. It’s so simple to make, you might even want to let the kiddos help!
This project doesn’t require much in the way of materials either (cheap and easy – our favorite kind of projects to scraplift!) To make the form for the ghost, you will need a white styrofoam ball (for the head), a 2 liter pop bottle (to prop up the head), wire (to create arms), and cheesecloth. Starch is used to hold the cheesecloth in place, and black felt or construction paper can be used to make the eyes for your little spook.
